Cinnamon Creamed Honey begins with our reserve-grade wildflower honey and organic Ceylon cinnamon, a variety prized for its delicate, complex warmth and naturally sweeter character. Unlike the sharper Cassia cinnamon commonly found in grocery stores, Ceylon cinnamon brings a gentle spice that complements the honey without overpowering its natural floral flavor.

The result is a rich, silky creamed honey that feels right at home on the breakfast table, tucked into a gift basket, or served alongside your favorite cheeses.

Unlike ordinary honey, this creamed honey goes through a carefully controlled crystallization process that creates its dense, silky texture. Naturally crystallized honey is stone-milled until smooth, then blended with fresh reserve wildflower honey and slowly finished at a controlled temperature. No additives or thickeners — just time, temperature, and carefully selected ingredients.

The wildflower honey used as the base is selected from the top portion of the farm’s harvest for its exceptional flavor and quality. Each retail batch is also independently tested and Certified Glyphosate Residue Free by the Detox Project.

Spread it over warm toast, biscuits, or cornbread, spoon it over pancakes, swirl it into oatmeal or yogurt, or stir a little into coffee or chai. It also pairs beautifully with aged gouda or sharp cheddar on a cheese board.
