Chocolate Creamed Honey begins with reserve-grade wildflower honey and organic unsweetened cacao, creating a naturally sweet chocolate spread with a beautifully rich flavor. The floral sweetness of the honey balances the cacao’s deeper chocolate notes for something decadent without being overly sweet.

Made with organic cacao rather than traditional cocoa, the cacao is minimally processed and brings its naturally rich flavor to every spoonful.

Unlike ordinary honey, this creamed honey goes through a carefully controlled crystallization process that creates its dense, silky texture. Naturally crystallized honey is stone-milled until smooth, then blended with fresh reserve wildflower honey and slowly finished at a controlled temperature. No additives or thickeners — just time, temperature, and carefully selected ingredients.

The wildflower honey used as the base is selected from the top portion of the farm’s harvest for its exceptional flavor and quality. Each retail batch is also independently tested and Certified Glyphosate Residue Free by the Detox Project.

Spread it over toast, warm biscuits, or croissants, swirl it into yogurt or oatmeal, or stir a spoonful into coffee or warm milk for an easy mocha. It also makes a wonderful addition to a cheese board alongside your favorite cheeses — or simply enjoy a spoonful straight from the jar.
