Beautifully repurposed oyster shells are transformed into angelic ornaments. Each angel is hand crafted from an authentic oyster shell, complete with a miniature snail embellishment. Angels are available in gold, silver, or bronze.

Oysters are a staple of Apalachicola's history. Harvested and sold locally since 1836, they are a symbol of the town's past and present. Though oyster harvesting within Apalachicola Bay has been temporarily suspended to allow for revitalization of the oyster population, oysters from neighboring regions and states continue to be a mainstay in the restaurants of Apalach. Ensuring that no aspect of the revered mollusk is wasted, the discarded shells can be found throughout town lining sidewalks, adorning flowerbeds, and utilized by local artisans in a variety of unique art.
