Our Reserve Wildflower Honey is gathered from the changing blooms of Northwest Florida. Depending on the season and where the bees forage, each harvest can reflect a different combination of wildflowers and native blooms — which means the color, aroma, and flavor can naturally vary from one harvest to the next.

That variation is part of what makes real, place-specific honey so special.

But not every harvest makes it into these jars. The honey bottled under our label is reserve grade — selected from the top portion of the farm’s harvest for its exceptional flavor and quality. It remains raw and unpasteurized, allowing you to enjoy the honey in its natural form.

Each retail batch is also independently tested and Certified Glyphosate Residue Free by the Detox Project, adding another level of care and transparency before the honey reaches your table.

What It Tastes Like

Storage: Store at room temperature. Raw honey may naturally crystallize over time — this is completely normal. To return it to a more liquid consistency, place the jar in warm water and allow it to gently warm. Do not microwave.
