Tupelo Honey

A rare Northwest Florida honey gathered during the short annual bloom of the white tupelo tree, prized for its smooth floral sweetness and distinctive flavor.

Register Family Farm’s Tupelo Honey comes from bees foraging during the spring tupelo bloom along Northwest Florida’s river systems. Because the trees bloom for only a short period each year, the harvest is carefully timed around this natural window.

From hive to jar, the honey is produced by Register Family Farm and bottled on-farm. It remains raw and unpasteurized, preserving the character of this exceptional regional honey.

Each retail batch is also independently tested and Certified Glyphosate Residue Free by The Detox Project, adding another level of care and transparency before it reaches your table.

Why This Honey Is Different

  • Certified Glyphosate Residue Free — independently tested before it reaches your jar
  • Raw & unpasteurized — never heated
  • Smooth floral sweetness — cotton candy notes with a soft pear-like finish
  • Naturally resistant to crystallization — tupelo honey's naturally high fructose-to-glucose ratio helps it remain liquid much longer than many other honeys
  • Hive to jar in Northwest Florida — family farm, veteran-owned, and bottled on-farm

What It Tastes Like

Light and beautifully smooth with delicate floral sweetness, subtle cotton candy notes, and a soft pear-like finish. There's no harsh bitterness — just a clean, lingering sweetness that makes Tupelo Honey unlike an everyday wildflower honey.

How to Enjoy It

Enjoy it straight from the jar to appreciate its distinctive flavor, or drizzle it over sharp aged cheeses, pancakes, biscuits, and toast. Stir it into tea, spoon it over plain yogurt or oatmeal, or use it anywhere you want honey's sweetness accompanied by a more delicate floral character.
